UK Shipping for smaller items can be via Royal Mail recorded delivery or DHL. Usually your in stock items will arrive within 2 working days. For our more valuable and larger items we ship by next day courier. If the item is in stock and ordered before midday we aim to dispatch the same day. 

Should your item not be in stock we will update you with an estimated lead time when you can expect your goods to arrive. For wheelchairs and bespoke items, lead times can vary so please feel free to contact us for further information.
